You Can Dewey!
A downloadable game for Windows and macOS
To help its friend finish a drawing, Dewey needs to find the Blue Kingdom and pass Queen Beryl's judgment to acquire blue paint.
Goal:
Pop enough of Dewey's self-deprecating thoughts to retrieve the paint.
Controls:
A/D or arrow keys to move.
Space to jump.

Install instructions
Windows: Open the .exe file to play.
Mac: If you get the error that it can't be opened because Apple can't check for malicious software, right-click the application in your downloads and press open from there.

love the artwork! dewey is adorable, and i just want it to be happy.
i like how the discouraging comments you come across not only cast doubt dewey's determination but the player's own skills ("i bet you can't make this jump", etc.)--it works well with the ending being dependent on whether you're able to platform to find + conquer enough of dewey's sad thoughts.
whether you are able to collect the blue paint or not, the game ends on a positive note :)
