love the artwork! dewey is adorable, and i just want it to be happy.
i like how the discouraging comments you come across not only cast doubt dewey's determination but the player's own skills ("i bet you can't make this jump", etc.)--it works well with the ending being dependent on whether you're able to platform to find + conquer enough of dewey's sad thoughts.
whether you are able to collect the blue paint or not, the game ends on a positive note :)
